Delivery Information


The delivery of your order will be made to your area, via DHL courier.

For orders greater than 150€ shipment is free for countries that belong to the 1-2-3 zone. If the cost is less than 150€ then the customer shall bear the transport costs concerning Zones 1-2 (32,67€) and Zone 3 (36,22€). If the shipment concerns Zone 4, then the customer shall pay the amount of 77,78€. Transport costs are formed by fuel fees and VAT.

ZONE 1: Belgium, Cyprus, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands and United Kingdom.

ZONE 2: Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Ireland, Republic of Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden.

ZONE 3: Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Canary Islands, Croatia, Faroe Islands, Fyrom, Gibraltar, Greenland, Guernsey, Iceland, Jersey, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Republic of Montenegro, Republic of Norway, Russian Federation, San Marino, Serbia, Republic of Switzerland, Turkey and Ukraine.

ZONE 4: Canada, Mexico and United States of America.





Payment by Credit Card: The online store of White Angel Fashion accepts major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, Debit and Prepaid Cards and PayPal payment system. Your transactions in our store are protected by maximum online security systems (SSL-128 bit and digital certification from Thawte) which guarantee a secure environment in the world's largest corporations. For purchases with your credit card you should follow the instructions in our online store. You will be asked to fill in the order form, number and expiration date as well as the 3 digit number (CVV) on the back of your credit card. If you choose to pay by credit card, it might be required of you to be present during the delivery of your order with your credit card and your identity. In case the order is made on behalf of a company and with use of its credentials, then the credit card being used, should be owned by the company and registered to it. Therefor it must be issued on the particular company’s data/information. During the delivery of the order, the holder of the company’s credit card must be present, accompanied by the card and his identification. 

The Store has taken all necessary measures to secure transactions using your credit card. However, if it is established that fraudulent use has been made with your credit card, your charge may be canceled upon your request to the Bank that issued your credit card, and who must also investigate your complaint/allegation. Therefore you are obliged to inform the bank that issued your credit card immediately when noticing such a matter, in order for it to cancel the card and to exclude unauthorized people of any kind of use.



Our store provides the ability of secure payments through PayPal. For payments, you can use your account on PayPal or you can simply use the details of your credit card (VISA, Master Card, and American Express).

Under current tax laws, vouchers over 1.500 € (VAT included) to individuals (Retail receipt) and vouchers over 3.000 € (VAT included) for professionals / business (Sales Invoice) must be cleared only with one of the following ways:
• Deposit / transfer to an account
• Charge a credit or debit card
Documents to professionals / business (Sales Invoice) worth over 500 € to 2.999,99 € can also be cleared in cash, but shall not be deducted from the customer's costs.




You can return a product, and we will bear the cost, if you notify us of your decision in writing, through the communication form with the premise that no longer than twenty (20) days time have passed from the date you received your order from our company. It is a necessary requirement that the product/s being returned, are in their original condition as received, therefor not damaged and also accompanied by the sales receipt and warranty card / change indicating that this product concerns return. To avoid any inconvenience, it is advisable to check in person at the delivery of your order, on the condition of the products and their packaging intact to directly observe any obvious defects or problems of your order, packaging or products. In case of return, you bear the shipping costs incurred in returning the products and the store will return within 30 calendar days of receipt, the amount that equals the total market value and the costs of shipping for the products to be returned, with the same payment method chosen when ordering. The return of the products, is to be made to the company’s address, indicated above.

You are not entitled to withdrawal, in cases that concur with the article (3ib) of the num: n.2251/94, Greek Law, and for any other case where it’s foreseen by the law. You are also not entitled to withdrawal, when the products being returned concern hygienic matters ex: lingerie, underwear etc.

Responsibility and Vendor Warranty. Seller liability for defective products

The manufacturer of every product that you buy is responsible for damage caused by a defect in his product. Each restraint agreement or exemption from producer liability is void. In case of doubt as to the identity of the producer of a product you purchased from us, please contact us.

Also, the White Angel Fashion respects and stands by the buyer for liabilities of the seller. Especially if the product is defective (a) to request the repair free of charge or you replace it with another unless this is impossible or requires a disproportionate costs (b) to ask for a price reduction and (c) to return product unless they are insubstantiality real defect. These obligations do not exist if the defect is caused by you, or broad concept of force majeure. In any case the products must be accompanied by all necessary documentation and receipts. These obligations are in any circumstance lapsed within two years.




Without limiting the provisions of Article 9 of cancellation, cancellation of orders may be executed in the following cases: Before you complete the order, during the electronic procedure of the order p you can go back via the «backspace» and remove the quantities of products in your cart by clicking the “removal” button. Submitting Product Order constitutes a binding offer for the purchase of these products in the total price displayed when placing the order, as this includes VAT, packaging and shipping costs, other applicable charges and any discounts which you are entitled as a visitor / customer. Your order is completed with the acceptance by the Company when sending the relevant written confirmation (confirmation email) to you at the email address you provided when submitting the said order. In any case, that you did not receive the relevant confirmation of your order, we urge you to contact us immediately at, in order for your order submission to be completed successfully.


In case you wish to cancel/retract your order as a customer, the on-line store offers the ability to do so if your order has been submitted, but not yet delivered. For any order cancellation (in whole or in part), the customer must contact the store through email at or phone/fax: +30-210-2811626. This ability is provided and is acceptable to be processed by our store, any time before the final confirmation e-mail of the order has been sent by our company to the client. After that time limit, cancellation is not possible to take place.
